Tessa Carrillo operates rental properties in the San Antonio market area. After agreeing to a rental agreement and accepting $2000 in deposit money, she the abruptly changed the lease terms. When I refused and requested a deposit refund, she informed me she was keeping/stealing the deposit. This person is an unscrupulous woman and a thief. I highly recommend anyone NOT work with her.
