I was told I could NOT return the product I purchased due to hygienic reasons. Their return policy however,does not list headphones as one of those items. I never opened the plastic baggies with component parts to the headphones or any of it.

As soon as I read in the instruction booklet that the headphones were to be hooked up to a phone line I knew I had ordered the wrong item. Tessa was short and very smart-mouthed. She raised her voice and angrily spelled out her last name to me when I said I wanted to talk to the owner. She said, "That's me."

This item was to be part of my son's 16th Birthday present.The company does Not record your calls for future reference and I can see why, they may incriminate themselves in lying to the consumer and simply doing bad business. It did not bother her at all that I was stuck with the item.
