Ordered a Palm Treo off of ebay- did receive it quickly but it did not work. Shipped it back at our own cost. Received another defective product that when evaluated by Sprint was labeled as damaged. We filed a complaint because we did not trust this seller and he commented that he did not appreciate our "rude innuendos". If this a*****e even knew what that word meant he would know that no one was beating around the bush about the fact that his products suck. We were upfront in that we would spend no more money to ship a third defective product. Pay pal got involved which I see has happened before. If he had any confidence in his products- he would not have a problem going above and beyond when we have been cost money and inconvenienced. THis guy's a jerk- buy elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Google Tessie's toys and you will see other complaints.

I was also recently scammed by Tetro partner in crime JOHN CARINO. He sent me a piece of crap t-mobile sidekick and tried to pass it off as "NEW". Well they didnt get away with it. I just filed a chargeback on my Visa. I will be damned if you are going to get a penny of my hard earned money. GET A REAL JOB.

I also ordered a non working phone from this con-artist. I paid $300 for the HTC phone for my husband. Well guess what? When I called to get it activated Alltel informed me it was a stolen phone. I took pictures of the phone and of the ESN # (I had a bad feeling) and sent the phone back certified mail, signature required (my cost). Then I was sent another phone that died the day after I activated. I contacted 'sweetsylvana' which is his/her ebay name and I was told if I left a -neg feedback the phone would be reported stolen. Well I got really lucky and since I've been a customer with Alltel so long they sent the phone to their repair center and sent my husband a new phone.
The funny thing is 'sweetsylvana' filed a nonpaying bidder report on me even though I had already paid..but it blew up in her/his face..
I reported 'sweetsylvana' to Ebay and Paypal as a fraudulent seller and since she/he filed on me as a nonpaying bidder Paypal refunded my money!
Sweetsylvana denies that they are also Tessies Toys but when I ordered my phone from 'sweetsylvana' the return label on the box clearly stated Tessies Toys. I think the reason they have the positives they do is because most people leave feedback before they get around to activating the phone...

This is yet another sad attempt to discredit us by the same person who filed the other complaint here! Notice the same foul-mouthed bad language and same generic complaints, claming bad phones but not stating EXACTLY what the issues were??? We NEVER sold a phone to any Tara from Pennsylvania. Look at our rating TESSIES-TOYS and see if there is any negative from this person or any transaction with her. I have no idea what she is even talking about. She mentions a sweetsilvana. I looked and that is another ebayer entirely. This entry has NOTHING to do with Tessies-toys. I am sure this is bogus from Rob again to try to get bad things said about tessies toys when you do a google search. We PROMISE we had no transaction at all with this person...EVER.
