On June 2008 I contacted the customer care and talked with some lady, she called herself Angie; she is the one that sold me the guide and told me about the testing, and if I wasn't hired or failed the test within the year, my money were going to be refunded (just $ 99.50). It sounded legitimate to me at the time, so I paid the $129.25; little I knew that it was a scam, ripoff, and that within the year, who knows how many others were sucked into this scam. All I want is my money back and if possible, place all these scammers in jail for what they've done to many trusty and out of job citizens.
