Testo USA Testo 550 Won't return emails, phone calls. Can't buy replacement parts Defective hook Sparta, New Jersey

I purchased the Testo 550 refrigeration Analyzer about two months ago.  The thing has a cheap hook that tends to break real easy.  Mine broke.  I have tried for a month to reach someone at Testo to get a replacement hook.  I will eagerly pay for it, but my problem is they will not return calls or emails.  I told them in my last email that I would be reviewing my experience and such if they didn't reply. 

I have purchased a lot of things and this has been one of the most irritating companies to deal with.  All I ask is a dang reply to my emails telling me how to buy a replacement part.  The dealer that sold it to me tells me I have to contact Testo.  Well that ain't working.   Before you buy this junk, make sure you can get parts: You're going to need them!
