Texas Auto Center in San Marcos is a rip off. They finance department manager is a bald face liar that gets off on shutting your vehicle off. 3 times my car has been shut off for no reason . The finance manager Francis is rude and need to work on her customer service skills. They shut my car off 3 times for none payment leaving me stranded when my payment wasn't due. Beware do not buy a car from these people. They sell junk .

Anybody with half a brain knows for a fact, they would make the most money by keeping you satisfied and you making all your payments on time with them collecting all interest and principle. You want us to believe out of the clear blue sky, they decided to pick on you for absolutely no reason, right? Why not tell us the REAL STORY!
