On June 7th, 2013, we contacted Michael the owner of Texas Auto Pros about a Silver Lexus LS430. After a very detailed conversation about the vehicle, the equipment, and condition we agreed to purchase it. During this conversation we specifically spoke about the vehicles history report that showed an accident. At that point we were told it was painted but did not have any frame damage. We even went as far to have him fill out a condition report detailing what we spoke about so there was no confusion on what we were buying.

A few weeks later the vehicle arrived and we discovered the vehicle indeed had frame damage. After discovering this we contacted Texas Auto Pros to make this right. After numerous conversations I finally got a hold of Michael the owner who passed me off to Brett who informed me that they would not be making this right. This entire experience has been shocking, because Texas Auto Pros has displayed an attitude to flat out lie either by omission, by ignorance, or by standard practice and then do nothing but tell you that you are wrong when you have their signature saying it had no frame damage.
