Complaint Review:
Texas Auto
If you are purcahsing a car from this company BEWARE! They cahrged me $4,000 for a 3 year 36,000 mile extended warranty for my car. When the warranty policy finally arrived some 4 montsh later, it was only a PowerTrain warranty. Despite numeros attemps to contact Texas auto, they refuse to return my calls. I wish I had purchase through EBAY at elast I could have slammed them that way, but I purchased directly, if you are looking for any kind of after sales service, or warranty help avoid this coampny as they will provide no help at all!

After spending many hours on the phone and actually going to the dealership and meeting with Mike Rodriguez General manager in person, i did manage to resolve my warranty issue with them.
Writing to the BBB really helped!
These guys are super busy and they are not great at getting back or follow up and there is no excuse for that, but I truley dont think they are bad people and I think they do want to do a good Job
