I purchased a vehicle from Griffin Motors. Haskell Griffin is the owner. A few days later I was having issues with my "service engine soon" light. This was only about 4 days after i purchased the car. Dwight & Serena are the managers at these locations and their attitudes are so unprofessional, BTW Serena is the daughter of the owner (figures). I've never dealt with people like this in a business. All they did was sell me an unusable & unsafe car. I had to go as far as filing a BBB complaint against them and threatening to sue if they didn't fix my car properly after taking it TWICE to their mechanics. The car had NO brakes whatsoever when I drove it off the lot, I had to replace my brakes! I took it to my own mechanic who even found a disconnected wire and thought it was fishy as to why they hadn't mentioned it or why it was disconnected. I returned the car and got my money back.

Every one of their employees are crooks! Marilyn in the collections/billing (I don't even know why I dealt with her in the first place) department was rude and uncaring, and a liar! All of these people are related in some way as I found out, it's no wonder why they act the way they do. I should have known better to go to one of these local dealers, compared to a REAL dealer, this is a dirt lot on the side of the highway. If supposedly they make so much money as they say they do, why can't they afford to fix their cars properly & buy some nice property to open their shop? My car had WAY more problems than just the "service engine soon" light. I was understanding and cooperative in everything they asked but they were the jerks with attitudes and treated their customers like crud! I paid enough money to get that car so I expected to be treated with respect as a paying customer. The managers NEVER even apologized to me as to how I was mistreated by their employees. They blamed me for the problems that car had & those problems were there before I got the car! I had to get an apology from the owner (which wasn't even sincere!), he had to go as far as calling Serena to ask her if she did apologize to me (guess he thought I was lying when I told them she didn't) and guess what? Of course I was right, she admitted (or shall I say) she "forgot" to apologize to me.

DO NOT BUT A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOU A PIECE OF JUNK CAR! Dwight even said himself "I drive these cars myself to make sure they're ready to be driven off the lot." - What a bunch of crap! I hope they go bankrupt and their business closes.
