Complaint Review: Texas Carpet Wholesale Houston

 Let me start by saying THIS IS THE WORST CARPET COMPANY IN HOUSTON!!! First of all let me introduce my self. Im a pastor at a church here in Houston. There is an elderly women at my church that was 78 years old and had a small 3 bedroom home. Her carpet was almost 20 years old and it was horrible. I decided to help her remove this and install new ones. I looked through Craigslist and found this company Norberto seemed very nice and professional at first They quoted us $1.49 for the carpet in which we agreed INSTALLED. THey had a $.99 carpet in which the QUALITY sucked we viewed it and it was okay. The guy that came to give a quote smelled straight up like alcohol i then scheduled them to install it three days later. Freddy who is Norberto's brother came and installed the carpet. As soon as they installed the carpet they tried to make the old women pay and they threatened her if she dont pay they will send her to court all she wanted for them to do was HAVE ME INSPECT IT I came later that evening and found out THEY INSTALLED THE .99 carpet I had hudge argument with them then FREDDY THREATENED ME SAYING HES A GANGSTER AND he knows street stuff. I told him you cheated the old women. He then comes a few days later and started demanding money out of the women like crazy she got scared and then paid them. We are working on a lawsuit.
