I contacted the Texas Cerfication Directory, Jamie Deméricas, to get Woman owned business status to get a Tax # for customers. The Texas Comptroller was referenced on the paperwork, and filled out all the required info, copy of ID, EIN # address, and paid $395. Once I called the Comptroller's office to verifty the status, I figured out it was a scam. My credit card comany reversed the charges, which lead ot a huge amount of retailation and harrassment from them. When I emailed that I was filing with the FTC and Better Busines Bureau, he threated me directly with suing and indirectly with violence, hence if any harm comes to me, I have documented everywhere possible, it will be from thugs at the Texas Certification Directory. I had to file a Protective Order from the local police, and have hence officially started my paper trail there. A few days ago, 4 fraudulent charges appeared on the same card, and I had it cancelled the same day Jamie Demericas charged the card a "charge back" for the $395, then said he was suing me for triple the amount. Now, I have to check my credit every month to make sure he hasn't applied for a line of credit since he has all of my information. I am filing against the group everywhere that I can, and I hope that anyone who has been scammed by this group will also file official complaints.
