Complaint Review: Texas Judicial Conduct Commission

The Texas Judicial Conduct Commission is quoted as saying that Judge William Adams makes reasoned decisions in child custody matters. This is an intentional corrupt lie.

They know that Judge William Adams held that it is frivolous to believe a child who made an outcry of horrific child abuse. The child was described by all who knew him as honest and intelligent. He made his outcry to a number of people including a child psychologist. His outcry was corroborated by a number of facts and circumstances most notably the waiters at the restaurant where the meeting at issue occurred confirmed that the meeting occurred even though the adult participants denied it. They positively identified the father and the child and described the others present. The meeting was at the restaurant the child said, the day he said, the general time he said, and even the table he said.

The child's statement's were never refuted other than general denials without substance. It is a blatant lie that it is frivolous to believe a child. Actually, the law requires that parents and others not ignore outcries by children (often there is mandatory reporting). Courts send people to prison based on what children say. The government has large institutions that exist for the purpose largely of believing children (e.g. CPS). There are in most large communities "Child Advocacy Centers" that interview children and criminal prosecutions often result from these interviews.

The point is that it is a huge lie  that it is frivolous to believe children. Actually, a mother who does not believe her child can be criticized by CPS and even prosecutors. Ignoring a child's outcry of abuse can be grounds for removal of a child from a parent or even criminal prosecution. Yet, this is exactly what Judge William Adams did. He not only ignored the child's outcry of abuse, but he attacked both the mother and the mother's lawyer for believing the child. 

Is this evidence that Judge William Adams is ignorant of the law? No, he admitted he believes children when he signs arrest warrants. Why can he believe a child but the child's mother cannot? He can believe a child he probably has never met but the child's mother cannot believe the child? That is nuts. Well, it turns out that one of the child child abusers a corrupt lawyer named William Dudley was the Judge's personal lawyer. He was acting under huge conflict of interest that he did not disclose. Of course, he should have. The Judicial Conduct Commission knows about this totally dishonest ruling in favor of his own lawyer yet says he makes "reasoned decisions." What a bunch of hog wash. He makes lawless and corrupt decisions.

Also, Judge William Adams held that it was irrelevant that a primary child care provider was homicidal, suicidal, psychotic, etc. Of course, that is not a reasoned decision. That is insane.

With respect to both of these issues, Judge William Adams lawlessly obstructed discovery.

The Judicial Conduct Commission could care less that Judge William Adams makes lawless corrupt rulings while acting under extreme conflict of interest. It wouldn't have done anything at all but for the publicity of the Youtube video. It is a corrupt institution that exists to protect corrupt judges.

The following people participated substantially in the Corruption at issue:

2) William Dudley
3) Lanette Joubert
4) Marie Haspil
5) James Ehler
6) the Entire Judicial Conduct Commission.

This kind of corruption of our legal system is not acceptable.

To just put things in perspective, your child tells you that your divorced spouse is telling him to lie that you "touched" him and that he saw you in a compromising situation (that itself could be construed as a crime). In other words, your child is being asked to lie in ways that could put you in prison and certainly could affect the custody of the child.

You verify the child's statements in numerous ways including by interviewing the restaurant waiters who saw the meeting and by having a child psychologist interview the child. The child's statements evidence knowledge he could not have had absent the statements being true.

You complain to the Court. Your child is being abused (a child psychologist says this kind of behavior is horrific child abuse). You are being set up for prison and loss of child custody.

The Court attacks both you and your lawyer. The Court says you are frivolous for believing your own child. It turns out that one of the child abusers is the Judge's personal lawyer.

Obviously, the dishonest corrupt sleazy Court specifically Judge William Adams is just lying. There is no law that it is frivolous to believe a child in fact the law is the contrary absent conditions present not here (e.g. an incompetent child or other things).

Your lawyer is sanctioned for attempting to represent you (which involved believing your child). THe corrupt dishonest sleazy bar specifically the corrupt dishonest Marie Haspil and James Ehler attack your lawyer continuously while he is trying to represent you.  Marie Haspil attacks your lawyer not only for believing your child but you.  The bar is corruptly taking sides. 

The bar is clearly a criminal enterprise protecting the corrupt William Dudley and other corrupt lawyers who asked the child to lie.  You are entitled to representation but no according to dishonest sleazy lawyers like Marie Haspil and James Ehler who participate knowingly in this corruption.

Meanwhile, your spouse's lawyer lies stating that the child care provider used by your spouse is perfectly OK. You know that isn't true. You ask for medical records. The corrupt Judge William Adams denies the discovery with no legal basis whatsoever other than the lie by the lawyer and the child care provider that the child care provider is perfectly OK (Judge William Adams believes whatever they say of course according to his corrupt and dishonest soul they must be believed).

You get the medical records from the MHMR and the records confirm that the woman is mentally ill (extremely so).  Is the corrupt Marie Haspil or the corrupt James Ehler concerned or the Corrupt Judge William Adams concerned about the misrepresentation of the child care provider by your ex spouse and his lawyer? No, they attack you and your lawyer for discovering the truth. The Corrupt Marie Haspil and the corrupt James Ehler do the same. The corrupt Marie Haspil attacks your lawyer for believing you when you say the woman would be caring for the child. Of course, the woman ended up caring for the child. She had been and continued. It was just a lie that she wouldn't be. 

Your lawyer though is attacked for believing you even though you were right and even though everybody said the woman would be caring for the child including your ex spouse and his lawyer until the medical records came out. Marie Haspil attacked your lawyer for believing you. It seems you are not entitled to a lawyer who believes you because of the corruption involved.

Judge Adams and friends were totally corrupt. There is even evidence of conspiracy between the corrupt Judge William Adams and the Corrupt Marie Haspil and James Ehler even before Judge Adams made his numerous dishonest and corrupt rulings (only a few mentioned here).

The judicial conduct commission knows of all this corruption and did nothing. It is corrupt. It lied when it said that Judge William Adams makes "reasoned decisions" in custody cases.

The Judicial Conduct Commission knows among many other things that Judge William Adams admitted to having sex with his wife in chambers and that his wife accused him of "forcing" sex on her. They know his response was not to claim he didn't force her but to mock the very serious situation by stating "I must have been fooled by your wet c**t." It has these text messages.

This is just one of many examples of extreme misconduct by Judge William Adams ignored by the corrupt commission.  Judge Adams is so secure in the corruption of the Texas Legal System that he mocks his wife's complaint that he raped her in chambers. Of course, that is not purely a private matter. This was in the Courthouse with armed men who answer to him nearby. In other words, the power of the State was very likely a factor in facilitating the reported rape.
