Complaint Review: Texas Lease Houses

Texas Lease Houses with out any notice terminated our contract with them as property manager of our property.  They never paid us our money within a reasonable time we had to make lots of phone calls to get our money, they over charged for mntc fees that should not have charged to us b/c the tenants were liable for the minor charges (air filter, toilet kits & door knob) 180.00 yeah seriously, that is what they charged us for those 3 items!!  We are due a full months rent of 1350, deposit that our tenants gave them 1295 and a 200 retainer.  I so wish we would have researched this company before choosing them.  We will forever regret it.  In todays times it is hard enough to have enough money for keeping above water finacially and then to have a company steal from you and just literally TAKE your money is unbelievable!  We will not just lay down and take it we will now pull out all stops to make sure that they pay a price for what they have done.  We will use every avenue possible to make sure all of North Texas knows about them and what they do.  We will notify local news stations and getting a lawyer, I will not rest until they are sorry for what they have done to us.  They have crossed the wrong people this time.  You don't mess with my $$$ TLH.  We are coming after you!!!
