This company is friendly until they get your credit card number and then all communications stop. They outright lie. Examples include, but are not limited to, the following: 1) "We are not brokers, we own out own trucks and the drivers are our employees" The truck turned out to be a U-Haul and the drivers worked for some moving company out of Florida.  2) "I will give you my personal cell phone number and please call me if you hve any problems or questions." After the truck did not show up on the promised day, I tried to call this number, sent texts to this number, and emailed the individual and received no responses. "Ken" never answered his telephone.  3) "Our drivers have at least 3 years of experience."  At what?  These drivers were the most unprofessional movers I have ever worked with. When asked where they stayed the previous night, they said in the truck. One slept in the cab and the other in the back--I assume on a couch that they were moving for someone. On both ends of the move they tried to get us to buy their dinner. I refused in that I thought I was paying a fair price for this move already.  They broke items that I did not think was possible to break. And they were so slow. It took hours to load and unload a small two bedroom apartment. I asked for a receipt at the conclusion of the move and the drivers acted like they did not know what I was talking about. Surely in their over three years of experience someone else asked for a receipt. As they were leaving, they got the U-Haul stuck on a high place on our driveway so that the back wheels would not make contact with the ground. They asked to borrow the jack from my Toyota Matrix. Not thinking (my mistake) I let them use my jack. They then attempted to use this little jack to jack up a large truck. The jack gave way and broke. I asked if they were going to buy me a new jack and they asked how much one cost. I called the dealership to find out and then told them the cost quoted.  Once they got their truck loose, they took off in a hurry with no mention of the jack.4) "You will have an exact moving date a week before the move" The drivers did not even get the order until mid day on the promised date as documented on date stamp on the fax they received.  They were in another state at the time they received this. However, all paperwork was dated as if they moved us on the promised date.  Note: This company is also known as Nationwide Moving Services.  Avoid Them!
