Complaint Review: Texas Moving Services

Texas Moving Services/Nationwide Moving Services uses deceitful sales tactics and lowball pricing to sell you a service that is non existent. They promise company trucks and company trained personell, and what you get is thugs in a UHaul truck. Once they finally arrive ( 5 days late in my case ), and get your stuff loaded, they start the hardball games. They claim your weight exceeds the estimate but you don't get to see the weight tickets, and they demand more money "if you ever want to see your belongings again". They do not know how to pack, and most of our stuff was broken or damaged. We finally had to summon the police to help us get our stuff back. We now have realized that we are missing several items of value as well.

Please do not use this company, as we do not want anyone else to go through what we have. Moving is stressful enough without being taken advantage of by unscrupulous companies such as these.
