Texas Partners Federal Credit Union received MY direct depositedFederal Student Grant on 11-12-10. They intentionally held my funds and refused to acknowledge reciep of my funds until 11-16-10.

If they received it AFTER their Deposit Cut-Off time on 11/12 it would be treated as being deposited on the next banking day. Weekends and Holidays are NOT Banking days. So it would be treated as if it was actually deposited on 11/15, which is the next banking day. This would mean that the funds would be available for use on 11/16.
