Complaint Review: Texas Shirt Company

My wife Jamie ordered several soccer shirts and shorts for our four children. We received our order "3 weeks" later (from one side of Houston, TX to the other), and the shipping only took 3 days) so we are not sure what took so long.

When we got the shirts (separate mailing from shorts) they were balled up and stuffed into a postal service "Priority Envelopes". The shirts where wrinkled so much it was awful. Then 2 of the shirts had like water stains or something light brown on them. My wife called and was hung up on 3-4 times.

I called and finally spoke to someone named Brian and he was a real class act. He not only told me to "just wash them" he said he would not take them back.

The next day the shorts arrived and they were just some basic shorts I could of bought at Wal-Mart (like Fruit of the Loom) and not the nice ones I saw on the website. The company now refuses our calls. I then was over-billed when I checked my bank account. I filled a report with the BBB.

I drove to the address listed on the website and found it was only a residential house in the Houston Heights area. It has a gate around it so you can't get in. I went to my bank because I felt I had been duped and had the charges reversed and account number changed on the charge card.

Anyone ordering from this company please please beware!
