Complaint Review: Texas Star Express

This individual is not being honest about what transpired. 

He was with TSE for 3 1/2 months, during that time, he had failed to deliver a load on time, then 3 days later called in saying that he had an emergency at home.  Subsequently, 5 days later he was terminated for overall poor performance including late delivery; 50% non compliance on fuel; and time off abuse.

Oh, by the way, this happened in 2006 -- 7 years ago, and he is bringing it up now.
