Texas Star Propane Josh Kasprzak DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! THEY CHARGED US $250 FOR 100 GALLONS ON JANUARY 18 AND ON FEBRUARY 8 THEY DEMANDED ANOTHER $250 FOR ANOTHER 100 GALLONS, THATS $500 FOR 200 GALLONS Cypress, Texas
On January 18, we purchased 100 gallons of propane which you installed at our home in Waller, Texas.
On February 5 and the tank is empty because we are unable to get the heat to come on, hot water does not come on, and the stove will not come on for cooking. We have had your tank for 2 and 1/2 weeks.
There is simply no way that one person could use 100 gallons of propane gas in 2 and 1/2 weeks. The home at in Waller is occupied by only one (1) person.
Josh from Texas Star Propane came out Saturday February 5, 2011 and did a leak test and said that there were no leaks. He said the gas lines didn’t freeze because propane doesn’t freeze.
He demanded we pay an additional $250 for an additional 100 gallons of gas for another 2 weeks. This is unheard of! In New York we don’t use $500 per month in gas, and we have 5-10 degree weather everyday for 2 months.
Our gas bill in New York runs $50-70 per month maximum in extreme cold weather. Josh told us that we live in a “big a*s house” and that is why we need 200 gallons of propane per month to heat our “big a*s house”. He is rude and ignorant. He believes that since we have a big house, we are millionaires and can afford $500 per month for gas!
Here in Texas we have only 20 degree weather 3-4 days a year and we are being told by Texas Star Propane that we need 300 gallons of propane per month to heat a house which only 1 person lives in!
Josh was very rude and declared he would call the police on me if I “touched his propane tank” On February 10 they came and picked up a propane tank with some gas still in it and didn’t bother to connect the other tank we had.
Do not do business with these people unless you plan to spend $500 per month for propane gas in the state of Texas where it’s only freezing 3-4 days out of the year and most of the time we have 50-105 degree weather!

I have used Texas stat propaine every since they opened their doors for business. When the price of propaine went through the roof, The owner "Josh" told me several ways to save on the use of gas and how to also make our home safe. All of these tips were taken to heart, and I now only use energy star appliances, have changed my gas hog heater to the Goodman, High effiency unit and WOW, Sorry Josh for not buying so much from you... I saved a ton of money! The person who typed the IGNORANT and SLANDEROUS words against "Texas Star Propane" needs to go back to PRISON where ALL lying THEIVES belong! Your attempt to steal gas and slander a good company falls on deaf ears! GO back to New your old place and WHINE there!

I have been using Texas Star Propane for the last two years since Hughes Propane sold out to Amerigas. During that time, I have had nothing but good, prompt and respectful service. I highly recommend them.
I am located in Decker Prairie.
The complainant comes off as a caricature of everything Texans despise about Yankees; a profane, arrogant, know-it-all.

We came and installed a 500 gallon tank at your 5000+ square foot home and you requested that you only purchase 100 gallons. It doesn't matter if you have 1 person or 20 people in that size of a home, it will consume more fuel than what you are thinking.
Josh did do another leak/pressure test and showed you that there were NO leaks and said that he would pump in 100 gallons. You then refused to pay for the fuel that he would have pumped in there, so he left.
You were being very loud and vulgar and even specifically told him the F word and told him to go (blank) his ugly mother. You also told him that you would have him arrested for trespassing, when you have our tank on your property. That was very uncalled for and rude.
He also told you that IF there was a leak that was found, he would have filled the entire tank of 400 gallons, FREE of charge. Where else could we have gone wrong??
I am demanding all of these negative comments stop now or I will take legal action if necessary. We are a very GREAT company to do business with, I am sorry that you feel the way that you do, but we did everything we could to keep you as a customer. You are correct, a few days after all of this we came back to get our lease tank.

The person (or should I say Stupid Idiot) filed this report IS a BUMBLING IDIOT. A COMPLETE MORON with absolutely no brain cells or common sense and needs to move back to NEW YORK. Now would be too late.
Any true TEXAN knows that 100 gallons of propane is not very much if you have a large house that is GAS and not Electric.
100 gallons should last longer during the other months, but NOT THE DEAD of winter. Maybe the home builder didn't plan or rate it properly.
Propane is like electricity. You HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, no matter what.
Poor planning and stupidity on you part is NOT the fault of TEXAS STAR PROPANE.
Get over it STUPID and PAY YOU BILLS.
I have had nothing but GREAT SERVICE from TEXAS STAR PROPANE.
Their prices are very much inline and Josh Kasprzak is very professional courteous.
I highly RECOMMEND TEXAS STAR PROPANE.
GREAT JOB JOSH KASPRAZK and TEXAS STAR PROPANE ? !

Texas has more than 3-4 days cold weather days a year - This year alone it has been below freezing more days than in our last ice storm in 1989. So get your facts straight - this is Texas and it can snow here in March like it did last year!
If you have a large home then you should have gotten a bigger tank! My last home that ran on propane was probably 800 square feet and I needed propane every 2 weeks in the winter months. (had a 100 gallon tank)
