Texas Tree Service They Cut My Trees and My Yard Lights and Left Me in The Dark Dallas Texas

They came out to do the service.  The tree was trimmed.  The evening after the service we noticed that our backyard lights were not coming on.  We tried to reset the breaker and the breaker popped.  We checked for a short in the line that may be causing it.  Through the process of trouble shooting we noticed that a cable to one of the lights mounted in the tree had been knicked by a saw blade and was causing the short.  We called Silvermoom lighting who installed the lights and they confirmed that the tree trunk and the cable we in fact nicked by the saw.  We had them repair the cable and they provided a report with the bill confirming that the cable was cut and that there were also saw marks down the trunk of the tree.  We called Maria Sanchez at Texas Tree Service to report the incident and we also sent her a copy of the bill and the report from Silver Moon Lighting.  She denied any wrong doing and suggested that it was not possible for her workers to be careless with their saws and that she would not consider reimbursement for the damage.  As a consumer we were shocked that with the evidence and report she would not offer to take care of the damage.  I would not recommend Texas Tree Service nor would i ever use them again.  We may have to eat the cost of their mistake but they will loose in the end by not taking care of customers.
