Complaint Review: Texas Unclaimed Property (Comptroller of Public Accounts)

My name is Bryan R Gibbons and i went online to the Texas Unclaimed Money site and entered my name and it brought up my name and a former address i breifly lived at in Tyler Tx. It request if you believe this is you to enter personal info like social security number then it gives you full details which I did this was from Albertsons were i worked as a sacker in 89.this is me !!!! I claimed it they sent me the claim papers which request copy of I.D ,Social Security #and then proof that I lived at that adress.States send all info you can. I sent copy of I.D and social security card but this is 2014

i have no proof of a residence i lived at about 25 yrs ago they wont give me my past wages I earned because of this first they wont take anything from public records as proof the only thing they will take is a photo copy of past drivers license (Dont have was told you not suppose to keep old  I.Ds its the law) they will take tax receipts !!! (This was an apt you dont pay taxes on a apt ) also Apts dont keep 254 yr old lease agreements apt was in roomates name I was only listed as a occupant. they take canceled checks (Dont have i was 17 yrs old  they take utility bill (Come on who keeps a 25 yr old utility bill receipt !!!

Anyway not my apt bills were in roomates name just stayed there till i was employed and could get my own place. They take school transcripts (Not in school in Tyler) last they take credit report ( I have pulled credit reports i have credit monitoring and addresses on these reports dont go back 25 yrs !!!!! Basically they are stealing my past wages because of a loophole if i found somthing it would be public records which is not acceptable its theft i earned that money Albertsons lied to me and told me i had no more checks due to me i find out over 20 yrs ago that i do !!! $140.37 is not alot but im disabled have severe Angorphobia,Panic Attacks,Compulsive Disorder !!!!

Have not been out of my home in years I have attacks when I do leave !!! I have not been awarded Disability yet but i get $197.00 Lone star food benifits .What Im saying that money as small amout that it is could help money is tight and its mine I was the 17 yr old sacker at Albertsons in Tyler I earned it !!!! They have no reason to keep somthing that is not theirs just because i cant provide proof of that i lived at that apt for a few month these are wages Albertsons gave them my personal info they know its mine i have provided that much proof Is Texas that bad off that they scam people out of what due to them
