After Hurricane Wilma (2005) we had to reside our Florida home. We replaced the cedar siding and hired Lifetime Coatings, inc to apply a permanent coating (colored) to our home as wood is hard to maintain in Florida.  They were professional, appeared to do what they said they would do, gave us the brochure from Tex Cote a company that has a product approved for wood homes. The contract said they were licensed, insured, and bonded.  The CGC # does not belong to the company. The Liquid Stucco TM was owned by Procraft of South Florida and was pulled in 2007.  Procraft of south Florida and Lifetime Coatings, inc are both owned Dennis Eisnaugle.  Nick Akel( sent by Lifetime Coatings) came to my home as a  marketing advisor stapled the Texcote Brochure and presented the product to us.  Everything seemed legitimit.  I found them through Sam's Club, on the internet, and at a kiosk in the mall.  What a find!!! The paint buckets are labeled with Liquid Stucco which was a TM for this product owned by Lifetime Coatings, inc.Does anyone know if Liquid Stucco TM is a product made by Lifetime Coatings or did they put some unknown product in the bucket?? I also found a federal case Textured Coatings of America, Inc vs Lifetime Coatings, inc filed in Feb 2007 regarding patent infringement as well As Procraft of South Florida, LLC.  See attached photos of this wonderful product as it was and now is on my expensive home that can not be sold today until it is repaired.  Additionally, I located another federal case , Liquid Sidings of America, inc vs Dennis Eisnaugle for breach of contract for judgement over 109,000.  Was this the product used on my home?? Liquid Sidings of America, Inc was FKA Krypton Corporation. I read some message board that Krypton may have had some issues with FTC for products hazardous to your health. Just beginning to uncover a big mess....
