Complaint Review: TFP Ink

Ordered 2 printer cartridges, one color one black.  Took over 2 weeks to arrive and black was defective. Took another 2 weeks and replacement arrives and it only prints blue and yellow. After 3 more weeks new cartridge arrives and it only prints blue and yellow. 

Requested a refund;  they refused unless I return all3 cartridges at my expense.  Returned 2 cartridges (they had told me to throw away the first defective color one away).  Still no refund.  They have not responded to numerous phone calls and emails. 

TFP Ink is a company that needs to be out of business.  BUYERS BEWARE and warn everyone you know.
