I placed an order for two printer ink cartridges on Mar 8, 2010.  I was notified that my order had shipped on Mar 10 and would take 2-9 days to arrive.


I finally received my order on Apr 3, 2010........but only after sending them an e-mail, asking why my order had not arrived. My order was for one color and one black cartridge, which I received.


The color cartridge looks fine and seems to work accordingly. However, the black one is messy, stained and appears "extremely used". Worse of all, it feels empty and won't even print a test page!


I have sent an e-mail, requesting an immediate replacement. They have not responded. These people need to be stopped and I will help to make that happen.
