Same here! I ordered 2 ink cartridges on Oct 7. A week later I sent an email asking if the order has been shipped and got a reply with a tracking number indicated it started shipping on Oct 14. Checked with USPS and got the same message every time, even today, Oct 25: "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on October 15, 2010 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date." Request to cancel the order was refused for the reason the order was shipped. Now I'm stuck with the order that seems never to come. Last resort probably to dispute the charge with the credit card. Just wish I have known this web site before ordering.
