I received a e-mail saying free DVD for goverment grant money and all you pay is $1.97 for shipping. Then when I receive my credit card statment there is an additional charge of $47.50 for the same company.
I called the 800# which is in Utah and they said it was for the membership that I signed up for. I said I didn't sign up for the membership and she said you needed to read the Privacy and Policy statment. I wanted the membership canceled which she did, but would not refund the 47.50. I have not recieved anything else but the DVD.
People need to know that they are ripping people off and defrauding us.
