On December 16th I order a Pittsburgh Steelers Rice Paper Lantern from TGN Direct Source via the internet for my son. My credit card was IMMEDIATELY charged by AlertPay for the transaction.

I have tried on 5 occasions to find out when my shipment will arrive but only receive what appears to be a generic response...."Your ticket has been received and someone will get back to you within 48-72 hours".

No one has ever gotten back to me and now TGN's website indicates "down for maintenance".

I'm so angry over this situation and sad to see my son sitting by the door daily waiting for his Steelers lantern!
