Ordered a Daiwa Saltiga Fishing reel.  It was in stock when ordered but still took a week to process.  When it arrived the box was crushed and the bail was broken.

Call first thing Mon morning and they told me that once the package is shipped it is no longer their responsibility.  I would have to order a new reel and file a claim with FED-EX for the original amount of the product.

This basically left me with buying 2 items from them and hoping that Fed-ex would pay me or I would end up paying twice for one bad reel and possibly another damaged delivered reel.

In their defense they did file a claim for me, but then again Fed-ex would not do one from me since I didn't pay for the shipping.  Now I have to wait for the decision from Fed-ex who will send a check to TGSCOM then they can refund my purchase.

Customer Service not a quality of TGSCOM or any of the aliases they use.
