Ordered an item which was supposedly "In Stock" when it wasn't. This company acts as a middleman. Was told, "Items described as "In Stock" are actually "In Stock" somewhere else, with one of our distributors." So I said,"Oh, so you mean they are actually "In Stock" somewhere else on the planet, with another company, not with you." "That's correct" was his reply!!!
So, when they get it, you get it?! Get it?! When I finally did get someone on the phone, to add insult to injury, was told, "As soon as we take your order, you cannot cancel it without being charged a 15% re-stocking fee, as it is immediately processed." What a RIPOFF! They don't even possess the item to re-stock, yet they charge you!The only thing they have is your money! Well, not yet. I'll be disputing this claim....That's for sure.
