I bought TGTsoft's StyleXP program but had to enter the sight four times to stop them double billing my card when they refreshed the screen. I finally got the product. I had been having hardware problems and emailed them about the posibility of a crash since they did not give me a hard copy only a code key what would I do in a crash. They told me when I emailed them the product was mine and if I had a system crash just imput the code. So I had a crash about 8 months later and input the code and they did not except the code and it was on the same hard drive and everything.
Tried emails and they finally got back with me and told me I would have to purchase the program again. I finally gave up after a month of emails and no answer. I decided to go to tweak and get the uxtheme.dll patch for xp service pack 2 and the uxtheme.dll patch for service pack 3 and loaded both. [do this at your own risk] Now I can have whatever style theme I want on site themexp .org [including some of the themes I paid these rip offs 30 bucks for!]
Another thing you should be warned about. They don't tell you after you get their product that you have to pay theme $9.99 per theme to buy themes from them after you get their product if you want new themes.
Be sure you do not ever have a crash on your computer after buyiung from these characters. If you have to reload windows xp you will lose your product forever......
