Complaint Review: TH MotorSports

TH MotorSports Hello, I found out after couple of days of my order by calling the shipping that my ordered product has been back ordered to almost a month. So I immediately cancelled the order with shipping. It's been four days now and with four calls and two emails, I still haven't got the order cancellation email or any update/information on the same from the company. I have been charged but no signs of refund or cancellation as of September 24th 2014. Morton Grove Illinois

Hello,


I have an email confirmation from THMotorsports that my order has been cancelled and refund process is under way.
 
I had some initial hiccup in cancelling my order timely by the company. Now I am confidant that my request has been processed and I should be good if that's the case.
 
I would like to suspend my complaint with Ripoff Report till you hear any more update from me.
 
I really appreciate Ripoff Report and THMotorsports for resolving my concern timely.
