We did order an item from this company. But they did not charge our account until 2 months afterwards. And we had not even recieved anything from them. We contacted them about not recieving it because they hadn't charged us when they said they would, and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

After a week past and we still did not have the item we called again. They said it was already shipped and we would have to wait until we refused the package from the UPS to have the money credited. 2 more weeks still no package. We called again and were told that it was en route and that when we got the tracking number off of the said refused package that the money would be immediately credited to our account.

A week later the package finally arrived and we refused it as told we called the company with the tracking number and they still refused to credit our account. This time when we called we were told that we could not have the money credited until they recieved the package back at there address. We called a week later and they said that they still had not recieved the package back and there was nothing they could do. We tracked the package and found out that they had recieved the package early in the morning on the last time we called. We called them back and asked them why they had lied to us and we were again given a run around.

I was told that day that they would have to submit a request for a refund and that it could take up to 14 days to have the money credited to our account. That was a week ago and they still have not credited our account. We have since had overdraft fees because they took this money out 2 months after we ordered the product. They do nothing but steal your money and lie to you.
