Matthew Galpin was a customer who purchased and requested free shipping via Canada Post. Due to our low prices he was very concerned and anxious about his parcel not arriving as quickly as we would have hoped. By day 9 of the 10 business days we quote for arrival it did come, however Matt had filed this report before he happily received his package. When we send via mail without tracking it makes it difficult for the customer as well as us to know the status of a shipment. We always recommend express shipping to ease concerns and gain trackability. We ship within 24 hours of receipt and email or text tracking right away. I'm saddened that Matts false claim is affecting our ratings however the hundreds of happy customers have since soothed our concerns.
