I worked for Ruben Ledesma for 2 weeks as an Admin Support position. We had an offer letter of 2,000 a month compensation with a 3,500 sign up bonus. I signed an offer letter, however, did not get a copy (my overlook).
He also hired an accounting person at the same time with salary and sign up bonus.
The day we were supposed to be paid he stated he was waiting on money to pay us and was in surgery for his teeth.
I don't understand why you hire people if you don't have the money to pay them. Myself and the other lady hired have attempted to call him many times. He does not answer. Neither one has been paid. I am destraught as I have been out of work. Ruben prays on people.
