Bus wrap install not completed, installed not using our design, installed by unlicensed installer with inferior parts. Omitted sections completely

Purchased a full wrap for our tour RV on approx 3/30/2013 for $8,900 from The Alison Group to completely wrap the RV on every painted outside surface with an industry quality 3M vehicle wrap product using our custom design. Delivered the bus to The Alison Group contractor on approx 4/1/13 for final deliver by 4/7/13 as confirmed by Karen Sorota, sales rep for The Alison Group. Our tour leaves every month for 20+ days so we only had until 4/7/13 to complete the job.

The job was not completed, leaving the front and back completely omitted when delivered on 4/5/13. As this was unacceptable we returned the RV on 4/6/13 and 4/7/13 for repair. Again the installer did not print the design as we submitted and continued to completely omit sections of the bus from being wrapped. This was unacceptable and again we asked Alison to fix the job.

Our tour did not return until 4/30 at which point standard maintenance of the 38ft RV was scheduled. So we did not have a time to bring the vehicle for a 4th time to the installer. We had time on 5/10/13 before the May Tour to take the bus in over the weekend but the contractor, Robert, does not have facilities to fit a 38ft RV, so would not take responsibility over a weekend for the vehicle. He did not have the facility to do the job. I offered Larry to have my employees deliver and stay with the vehicle to get it done, barring him covering the overtime pay for those hourly employees, he chose not to do so and opted for a time after the May Tour to schedule a time during the weekday.

After the May 2013 Tour we again had maintenance issues to correct, but the installer met with Larry Schwieger, the owner of the Alison Group, at our repair facility to go over the changes that needed to be addressed. Larry and the installer Robert came back with a list of excuses of why they would not be able to complete the job to a professional standard as we had agreed upon and paid the invoice for. I noted that this was unacceptable and we would only accept the job completed as originally agreed.

Due to the maintenence issues and his inability to agree to complete the job to our satisfaction as a professional vehicle wrap we did not deliver the bus to be repaired. After dozens of emails demanding a refund from The Alison Group Larry continued to threaten us and refused to install the wrap to professional standard. Again I demanded a refund in over 22 emails to Larry, none of which he responded to professionally.

Now we are in August and he continues to threaten to sue us OR settle for paying him 75% of the invoice for the still yet to be completed job. The bus is still missing a few sections completely and we asked that the front and back be reinstalled completely as it was improperly installed and pieced together from scraps from his facility. It was not the design we submitted and he did not print the front or back from one solid piece of material to do the install in a professional manner.

With regard to the Alison Group, the BBB determined 9/25/13 the complaint was addressed with intent to resolve, but the customer would not accept the resolution. The complaining client, Coast to Coast Music was asked several times to bring their RV back in for all repairs upon which they never did. This matter has nothing to do with party mentioned as "sales person" in the report. Furthermore this is a matter for the subcontracted supplier. Further false statements and damege to parties mentioned are subject to slander.

Below is the response that Larry Schwieger sent on 8/14/13 in regards to my notification of our BBB complaint and again demand for a refund for the failed bus wrap job. This man has no business being in power at any corporation, this is a disgraceful response to his failure to complete a job:

I guess promising to resolve the problem no less then ten times to your complete satisfaction after you agreed to let us make the repairs is what you call disgraceful? People like you are never satisfied and just love to fight, guess you have been hanging around too many rappers and smoking too much weed. :)

I will be in the courtroom, lets see if you actually have the balls to show yourself. My guess is you will not show and I will get an easy judgement. Can't wait…
