Complaint Review: The Apple Factory

THE apple factory used to be a friendly family oriented small country grocery farm market owned by a lovely family who was engaged in the store and poured their heart into it. Unfortunately the business was sold to JIM PICKARD who is DETACHED completely from his workers and is never around to know what is going on. The store management is verbally and emotional abusive to the staff. The two managers are RELATED and therefore the abusive manager will not be fired because her boss is her family. The management does not know how to separate family and work related issues and allows the mistreatment of her employees to continue without any profession act to help the illegal abuse of her employees.  The apple factory has issues with the labour board and human resources because the acting managers fail to resolve issues of abusive management towards the employees. When you choose to shop at the apple factory you are supporting a business that devalues human rights and the well being of humans. Their employees are treated with disrespect, emotional abuse and verbal abuse on a regular basis to the point it is severe harassment and damaging to self-esteem and well being. Please join me in helping to end the abuse at the apple factory! Refrain from financially supporting this business as it truly does not deserve our business! ABUSING WORKERS IS WRONG! DO NOT SUPPORT THE APPLE FACTORY!
