The Associates Visa Also CITI Bank ripoff-billing statments never sent-"affiliates of Associates" Irving Texas .....

As soon as you get your card, every telemarketer in the nation will start calling you to sell you something, all claiming to be an affiliate of the Associates Visa Card. Requests to be removed from the call list are ignored. These "affiliates of Associates" just keep on calling, claiming that they use a different "call list" and therefore aren't subject to the "Do not Call" request. It's maddening. And guess what they never give up.

Thats not it, Expect strange fees for Credit Card Theft Insurance to periodically show up on your bill, even though you never authorized such a service or charges. Expect to have late charges and over the credit limit carges to also show up.

Don't expect to get regular monthly statements. Instead, expect only that person will call you on Saturday afternoon, claiming you are two months behind when you know you did make a payment. Then they just tell you' I am sorry but I can't help you on that matter. You need to write a letter to the the billing and payment dispute center and explian what you feel is wrong.

then they can go from there. Be prepared to hear
"Statements are sent out every month. If you don't recieve it you need to contact your local post office." when you know you have talked to then numerous time to only hear that they must not be sending out the statements or they have the wrong address.

So you check to see if associates have the right address which they do. And after all that, you work out for them to waive fees as long as you pay them infull only to find out they call you again the next month stateing you have a past due amont of 82.53 which were the fees that were suppose to be waived.

oh ya I forgot to mention. when you first start with 300 creditlimit and you get up to 272.63 they decide your credit report has caused your credit limit to be lowered to 260.00 causing you to be over the credit limit. If its not one charge its an other. Trust me you don't what to go through this day in and day out.
