Complaint Review: The Auto Connection

On April 2004 I supposedley purchased an extended auto warranty from Auto Connection. I put down $297.00 and then paid $99.39 monthly sinc then. To date I have paid $595.17 plus stop payment fees.

On August 3 I took my truck into Galpin Ford in Prescott Arizona for service. After diagnosing the problems and informing me that the work would cost around $500.00 I asked them to call my warranty company for payment.

Later When Galpin Ford called and informed me that Warranty Wise had no record of my Warranty and no payment either, I tried calling Auto Connection only to be placed on hold for an hour. After several calls and emails to them I gave up.

At this time I have contacred Federal Trade Commssion, Consumer Protection Agency, My State Attorner General and The Internet Fraud site and you guys. I hope that Ms. Oleagus the President of The Auto connection "rots in h*ll" for her scamming of people.
