Complaint Review: The Auto Protection Center - Safe Ride Warranty

I went online to search for extended warranty. Guy called from Auto Protection Center. Sounded like a good deal put down payment of 295 down got provisional contract didnt like it. Cancelled it and had to wait for rep to call so I could find out what to do to cancel. They never called me I called them got the details on how to cancel. snet cancellaton letter with original contract(The one that was sent in their The shield box with this stuff to put in your tranny and oil I believe. I did not use it sent it back too. It is April 11th. Had 30 day money back guarentee. Purchased the 4 of February. Cancelled the 19 of Feb sent items back. Called the 4th of March I believe said received all they needed back. The 30th called said they were received the 10th of March. and the postmarked date was the 3rd. on the cancellation letter and all. Still having problems with them and it is April 11th. Do not do business with these people they are liars
