Complaint Review: The Bar Pack Magazine

I accepted a sales position from this company which claims to have been around for the last five years. I asked several times for sample ads to send to potential customers- and although Sue Harris promised me several times that she would get them for me- she never did- whih is a red flag for any advertising company. I asked Miss Harris then to speak to other employees who she claimed were doing fantastic. (I was having some difficulty selling this nonexistent product- imagine that). She told me that I was doing just fine- and not to worry about it- which was the final straw for me. 

Shockingly, I never got a check from this company (and it was a salary plus comission job). After several phone calls and emails Miss Harris (if that is even her real name) told me that she had not recieved a check and had to quit, after getting the run around. Miss Harris had not been honest with me at all, so I can only assume that this was another gigantic lie. The cruel irony of this whole thing is that I left a good paying job with benefits to work for this operation. And now, it is the holidays, and I have small children and no job. In the worst economy in 80 years. So- you can understand why I am bitter. I had to blow the whistle on these a- holes so I can prevent anyone else from getting screwed the way that I did!!
