Complaint Review: The Barber Shop

I have given these guys two chances. The first cut wasn't so bad. But this time I asked for a low fade? End result? I could have done the same thing at home in my bathroom with clippers. These guys have no clue
what a fade is. While the guy was fading me I looked in the mirror and couldn't help but laugh. Then I looked over at my brother who was also getting a cut, I couldn't help it, I started busted up laughing right in the barber seat. I think they knew why. We paid them out of pity. As soon as we left the barber shop I saluted my brother. He
looked like forest gump. Stay away from this spot.

So me and my bro went back to the barber shop and asked for a refund. The owner who was also the barber that butchered my brothers head Brandon Coburn refused to give a refund.. Brandon Coburn is obviously not a good
business man. RULE #1 in business Coburn, "The customer is always right". Remember that. He offered to fix the cut he did on my brother. So he acknowledged that there was something that needed fixing with the cut. But refused to give a refund? That makes sense. He did offer to give my brother another Forrest Gump cut for free when his hair grows back in a couple weeks. As you can imagine my brother decline the offer.Watch out for this barber.  He has salt and pepper hair with plucked eyebrows. Dude couldn't give a fade if his life depended on it. A team of Michael J Fox, Muhammad Ali, And Stevie Wonder could give better fades.
