After paying a $50.00 VIP entrance fee, I was kicked out by security because my T-shirt was not tucked in. I was not told to tuck in my shirt upon entering the club. I was not given any kind ofwarning from security before being asked to leave.

I asked to speak to a manager. I asked for a refund of the $50.00 I had just paid. I was ignored. The only thing they did was send out more security as more of my friends started to join me outside.

When I was told by security that nobody was going to come outside to talk to me or help me at all, I asked for a form so i could make a formal complaint on paper to go on file. They came back out, handed me a business card and said to call a manager the next day.

I took pictures with my camera phone of people they let in with shirts not tucked in and worse. None were Hispanic. We are singled out and given a more strict dress code and a lot of times turned away at the door. It's nothing new at this club, if you're Hispanic
don't go to The Beach.
