I bought a mattress in 2012 for $1900 plus tax and delivery. I am sleeping in 2 dents on the sides and a speed bump in the middle. I called atleast 25 numbers for The Bedding Experts and they are OUT OF BUSINESS. Mattress Firm now has their business. I am NOT in their system and they cannot help me. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and if I get no satisfaction from the BBB I will contact Lisa Madigan the Illinois Attorney General.
