Complaint Review: The Berkshires Of Western Massachussetts

I recieved in the mail from The Berkshires, is a complimentary getaway of 3 days & 2 night at the Vacation Village in Berkshires.

When I called them, they wanted $99 to stay at the resort. The sale person Michael Hepp was very rude and hung up the phone because I didn't want to pay.

When I called back to get the customer service representative the phone receptionist was rude to me as well. I feel the Vacation Village in Berkshires should not hired these people to represent their time share.
