Do not use this company! There billing is so screwed up it is unreal. Every year I pay my bills in full. At the start of the next year I get a bill from the previous year which was paid in full. I give them my confirmation numbers and pay off quotes and they say ,oh the bill is actually for the current year, yet they will not correct it. I have detailed records of what I paid to them with confirmation numbers and they still insist I'm some how wrong. Just got my bill for 2014, on my first bill I get a late charge, how can I get a late charge on my first bill ? Also my first bill for 2014 they put a charge on it from 2012,

I called them and gave them my confirmation number to show it was paid and they said, It's actually for 2014 it just says its from 2012??? When I asked them to change the bill to show that it was for 2014 they said, they couldn't . I've called these people probably around 50 times with my pay off quotes and confirmation numbers and most of the time I'm told I'm just confused. I'm not confused! If I pay a bill in full ,one would think that you shouldn't get another bill! Last year they transferred me to there collections department and called me at least once a week trying to get money for a bill that I paid in full.

They said my money went as a credit to another phone book I was in. I asked them to make a correction to reflect that and they said they couldn't. I asked them how I was supposed to keep records if the money I'm sending is going to other accounts and your bills say 2012 but they are actually for 2014 ,They said, I have to just count how many checks I send in. I'm sorry, I can't pay bills that say I owe for 2012 and just imagine they are for 2014. I recently called them with my pay off quote for 2012 and they changed it in there computer to show that I paid less than what I actually paid. I asked them to change it because I have documentation proving them wrong and they said,

I didn't understand how there billing works. I've never seen a billing system that gives you a confirmation number for what you paid and then make it a different amount. The berry company attached a lesser amount to the confirmation number, admitted it and told me I didn't understand how the billing works. I don't see how you can change pay off quotes and confirmation numbers to make it look like I owe them money, then tell me I don't understand how there billing works. I'm getting ready to call them again but I don't expect much of anything! Beware of this company! Oh I would also like to mention this company has had 358 complaints to the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years.
