The Berry Company began charging my business over $200 more per month than the contract we had singed for yellow page advertising through Windstream.  This continued for almost a year and there was not a single person in customer service who could tell me why or who was able to reverse the charges accurately.  We were sent to a collection agency for charges that were put on our account that Berry could not even tell us what they were.  This was finally resolved and they have now begun charging again for an unauthorized yellow page ad.  No one in the company can get our account deleted from their system and they just keep billing us for services that we did not sign up for and are not receiving.  This is the most incompetent and/or deceptive company that I have ever dealt with.
