I have been having an on going dispute with The Berry Company. They keep billing for services I don't believe I asked for. I have asked for proof of that I had ordered the services for advertising. They have been unable to provide that proof.Every time they just hang up on me by saying hold on I will transfer you. Then click hung up on. They have since sent the bill to collection. I have tried to talk to customer service reps and theyalso hung up on me.. and is telling me I have to send them a letter stating I want to cancel my order, but the funny part was is that it is not up and running and has not for over a year and they are still telling me I will be paying until I write them a letter stating I want to cancel which was never told to me and no paperwork sent to me stating that...They just continue to call and leave messages to call them...Called them twice today and both time got hung up on when I asked them to send me the paperwork and the recording where I said I was accepting all this. I was to pay $10.00 dollars a month and my bill now says they are charging me $20.00 a month, This company needs to be shut down,.
