Berry Tree Refunds on unopened packages

#4UPDATE Employee

Thu, June 05, 2008

There is nothing in The Berry Tree that costs $100. The monthly charge is $55.95. You may be speaking of Nutronix International or another program. The email that you have given is not one to contact The Berry Tree or Nutronix International. If you are sending emails to your sponsor about a refund then this will not do you any good especially being that your sponsor is not responding. I see that this is a fairly old report so you've probably already figured that much out.

But for others who may want to know...

The proper procedure for refunds in The Berry Tree is filling out a "support ticket" which you can do from your Berry Tree backoffice. Look in the left column for "BNA Support" once you've logged in.

If you've already canceled the account and can't login then you'll need to contact Nutronix International directly by phone. They will handle your Berry Tree refunds as well:

Nutronix International
Mechanicsville Va 23111
804-559-8900
877-990-9951
(Available 8:30 am - 5:00 pm est Monday-Friday)

Fax 804-559-8900
Fax 866-267-2539 Toll-free in the US and Canada

Keep in mind that there are no refunds on opened packages. This is totally normal in the Health & Wellness industry.

Getting a refund

#4Consumer Suggestion

This most likely comes way too late. I was once a member of The Berry Tree as well and like any other online multi-level marketing business failed at it. I would contact Nutronix International regarding any refunds as they are the ones that the product comes from.
