The Big Roofing Company Abandoned my roof with $22,500 they received. We now have a lawsuit. ripoff Doral Florida
I signed a contract with The Big Roofing Company in May, 2006. They did the tear off in September, 2006 and was never heard from again. The permit with the city of Coral Springs expired in January.
They abandoned our project and they abandoned the permit with the city.
My attorney filed a lawsuit with the roofing company and they didn't respond in the 20 days by law. We now have a default filed with the clerk. And still nothing from them.
They are still conducting business here in Florida. They have two offices owned by the same person, Anthony Delmonico. Here in Doral and another in Orlando, Florida.

Anthony Delmedico was the owner of The Big Roofing Company.
Now he is one of the owners of Abelard Construction. Same owner, same scam, Different name now.
