The Billing Resource - AT&T to bill us for 3rd party fax service never used San Lorenzo California
Received AT&T bill which included chages for "GOFAXER>COM-Monthly Business Service Fee $12.95 plus .84 tax. Called AT&T and was told that the charge was submitted by "The Billing Resources" and that they had in total, billed us twice.
We don't even have4 a FAX machine. Never spoke with anyone from either of these two companies, phone number on AT&T bill to contact had number transposed! Was told by ATT that they could only put a hold on amount doe for 30 days and that it was up to us to resolve! Only way to get ahold of "The Billing Resource" is via web site....lots of luck...That is how I found the "Ripoff" Site.
